Cart & checkout: six cross-border checks before you pay

Buyer Guide

A cart is not a wishlist—it aggregates contract elements. Before paying, verify: variant, quantity & unit (case/piece/set), freight template for your destination, duties and landed cost, consignee fields suitable for clearance, and seller notes (non-returnable, lead time).

Multi-seller carts usually split fulfillment—SLAs and policies may differ. Track each shipment separately and confirm split shipments or combined invoicing in writing.

If payment fails, avoid blind retries—check currency, billing address, and method limits; contact support with screenshots, time, and order id.
