3. Product Principle:

The rapid moisture meter is designed based on the principles of the weighing method and the oven method. It determines the percentage of moisture contained in the substance by comparing the mass of the substance before and after drying. This instrument consists of two main components: a single-plate balance and a far-infrared drying oven. The balance's plate is installed inside the far-infrared drying oven. When the sample substance is exposed to the heat of far-infrared radiation waves with strong penetration, the free moisture evaporates rapidly. After the evaporation of the free moisture is completed, the percentage of moisture content in the sample substance can be directly read on the balance's projection screen, or the amount of moisture that has evaporated can be determined. This instrument features fast drying speed, good repeatability, and convenient operation.
