Halogen Rapid Moisture MeterA rapid moisture detection instrument that utilizes the principle of thermal decomposition by halogen lamps. The moisture meter measures the weight of the sample while the halogen lamp heating unit and moisture evaporation channels quickly dry the sample. During the drying process, the moisture meter continuously measures and instantly displays the percentage of moisture lost from the sample. After the drying procedure is completed, the final measured moisture content value is locked and displayed.

Compared with the international oven heating method, halogen heating can reach the maximum heating power in the shortest time. Samples are dried rapidly at high temperatures, and the test results are consistent with those obtained using the national standard oven method. This method is alternative and significantly more efficient than the oven method. Generally, it only takes a few minutes to complete the measurement. The operation is simple, and the test is accurate. It can display data such as moisture content, dry weight, measurement time, temperature, etc. It also has the capability to connect with computers and printers.

3. The halogen rapid moisture meter is intended for use by professionals who are familiar with sample properties and have received training.

4. The power supply of the halogen rapid moisture meter is a three-pronged grounded socket. It is prohibited to disconnect the instrument's grounding wire or use a power supply without proper grounding.

5. Ensure there is sufficient space around the instrument to prevent heat accumulation and overheating.

6. Since the area around the heating unit of the instrument will become hot, please do not place flammable items near the instrument.

7. After the testing is completed, due to the samples themselves, as well as the heating unit and its container, they may still be very hot. Therefore, care should be taken when removing the samples.

8. During the heating and drying process, the temperature of the ring-shaped heating element can reach 400°C. Therefore, please do not open or touch the heating unit. If necessary,
