The rapid oil moisture meter is a highly sensitive resistive moisture and temperature measurement instrument. It uses a single-chip microcomputer for measurement, with advanced and reasonable design of non-linear conversion and power control circuits. The moisture measurement range is wide, and the data is displayed in digital LCD screens, providing stable, intuitive, and convenient readings. Temperature correction is automatically performed by the single-chip microcomputer, reducing the hassle of manual temperature compensation. Additionally, the circuit employs various methods to reduce the operating current, significantly lowering the overall power consumption of the device. The power source is a standard 5# battery, making it easy to purchase and replace. This instrument features a small size, light weight, easy portability, simple operation, fast testing speed, and high measurement accuracy. It can measure seven types of oils and is suitable for use in various departments such as seeds, grain, commodity inspection, and processing enterprises across the country, for purposes such as procurement, storage, processing, and transportation.
