Product Description

The pneumatic regulating diaphragm valve imported from the United States is used to regulate the working pressure, the pressure difference between the level of H2 alkali and the level of O2 alkali and the working temperature.

All on-line analyzers (including the percentage of H2 in the O2 analyzer and the percentage of O2 in the H2 analyzer) are sensed by GE USA to monitor the gas purity and send an alarm / interlock system signal when any poor purity is found in the gas.

PLC control and monitoring unit (according to user requirements) configuration, easy to operate human-computer interface for operators to operate and monitor hydrogen generator, including data collection and display, historical data recording and trenching, alarm and interlock, operation priority classification, etc., fully ensure the safety and reliability of hydrogen gas generator.

Cooling Principle of Hydrogen Cooled Generator
In the production of electricity, there is an inevitable loss of energy when the operation of a generator converts mechanical energy into electrical energy.

The lost energy will eventually become heat energy, which will lead to the temperature rise of the generator’s rotor, stator and other components. In order to remove such heat, the forced cool to the generator is often required.

Since the thermal conductivity of hydrogen is 7 times that of air and the efficiency of hydrogen cooling is higher than that of air cooling and water cooling, the power plant generator sets adopt water-hydrogen cooling mode, that is, internally the stator winding is cooled by water,and the rotor winding by hydrogen, while the iron core and end structural parts are externally cooled by hydrogen. Hydrogen is a very good heat conductor. The power plant is full of electricity , which can make the hydrogen production by electrolysis efficient and economical.
