FD-12T is two rolls thread rolling machine without hydraulic system, usually used for making full thread rods, such as set screws, lead screws, knuring parts, etc. It can be used as cam type machine to make In Feed threading parts.
The Max. rolling pressure of this machine is 12T, and the shafts diameter is 54mm, and max. diameter of rolling dies on the machine is 150mm.
There is a protective cover on the main shafts, to avoid worker injury.
It is easy to change different thread rolling dies, adjust angle of main shafts, and align thread line.
