Fixed Rock Breaker Boom System

Fixed rock breaker boom system is a machine designed to manipulate large rocks, including reducing large rocks into smaller rocks. It is typically used in the mining, quarrying and aggregate industries to remove oversize rocks that are too large or too hard to be reduced in size by a crusher. It can be divided into small range, medium range and large range.

Small range rock breaker is typically used in quarries, next to primary crushers, to clear any blockages and bridging in stationary crushing plants as well as mobile crushers. Medium range is designed for heavier open-pit and underground applications. Mines and quarries typically use medium range rockbreaker to improve the productivity of stationary crushers by feeding material into the crusher and by raking the hopper area. Large range is specially designed primarily for mining markets.
