Product Features & Operation Points
- Designed with a nominal pressure of 110MPa (identified from the model 110), it complies with GBT 12235, API 600, and ASME B16.34 standards. It undergoes rigorous hydrostatic testing at 165MPa and low-pressure sealing testing at 0.6MPa, effectively eliminating leakage risks for the medium-high pressure operating conditions of Anyer Power Plant.
- Equipped with a multi-turn electric actuator, it supports remote and on-site dual-control modes with real-time position feedback and overload protection, improving control accuracy and operational efficiency of pipeline systems in power generation facilities.
- Constructed with P55. The body is forged from 1 alloy steel, and the sealing surface utilizes hard alloy overlay technology. The auxiliary components are made of austenitic stainless steel (suffix V), offering excellent high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance in harsh pipeline environments.
- Adopts a precision metal-to-metal hard sealing structure and valve stem nitriding treatment, ensuring tight sealing performance under medium-high temperature and pressure, reducing maintenance frequency and operational costs for power plants.
- Integral forged valve body (without welding seams) eliminates internal defects such as pores and cracks, enhancing structural strength and impact resistance. This design is compatible with 200MW-800MW unit pipelines used in power generation facilities.
