• Designed with nominal pressure PN31. 5 (maximum operating pressure 31. 5MPa) and maximum operating temperature 150℃, equipped with standard M14 x 1. 5 mm thread interface, it can adapt to the hydraulic working conditions of NTPL Power Plant and other thermal power plants, perfectly matching NXQ-63-F/31. 5-H accumulator models, ensuring stable nitrogen charging performance and no leakage, with high pressure control precision twice that of ordinary valves.
• Adopts one-way sealing structure and precise nitrogen charging control design, with excellent flow control accuracy and reliable sealing performance, which can effectively control the nitrogen charging flow and pressure, realize safe and stable pre-charging and pressure supplement of accumulators, avoid overcharging or insufficient charging, and ensure the normal operation of power plant EH hydraulic systems and accumulator energy storage function, with sensitive action and small pressure drop loss.
• The valve core is made of A182 F316/CF8M stainless steel and the sealing ring is made of fluorine rubber, which has excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and pressure resistance, suitable for nitrogen medium and EH hydraulic oil environment in power plant systems, and can maintain stable performance under long-term use, ensuring long service life of the nitrogen charging valve, even in harsh low-temperature or high-humidity working conditions.
