JXL wedge connectors belong to connecting power fittings. It is clamped on the transmission line and the distribution line for non-bearing connection or branch connection of the conductor. It is composed of wedge-shaped shell and wedge, as shown in Fig.1. The wedge-shaped shell is made of special aluminum alloy and is made of a reasonable arch structure (or C-type structure). Connectors and conductors are installed with special installation tools, as shown in Figure 2. The wedge is pressed axially into the shell and create a constant clamping force between the wedge, the shell and the conductor, ensuring a good splicing performance
