The Tread Plate strips are run along the bottom of Caravans.
Alloy: 5052, Temper H114
The thickness is 1.2mm.
Width sizes are 400 and 600mm
Lengths cut range from 4550 to the longest 7550m - are able to offer the longest length cut and painted at 7550m. (The client needs one length, no joins/welds - painted)

The product is powder coated painted 5 Bar Tread Plate. Paint colour to match, Coral Black Gloss GN063A (Gloss Finish).

The end use of the product is Tread Plate strips which run along the bottom of Caravan Cladding. The product is supplied in shorter lengths and joined on the side of the caravan.

There is a join in the tread plate. This is what the customer is trying to avoid going forward, they want one continuous length for the side of the caravan. Hence the long lengths in the dimensions of 7550mm and 6980mm for example. The end use is a larger caravan manufacturers are now looking at attaching this strip in one length (without joins).
