1. Key Functions

Lubricant & Leveling Agent:

Reduces melt viscosity, improves flow during curing, and minimizes defects (e. g. , orange peel, craters) for a smoother surface.

Lowers friction between screws and materials during extrusion, boosting production efficiency.

Anti-Scratch & Abrasion Resistance:

Migrates to the coating surface, forming a protective layer to enhance scratch resistanceideal for demanding applications (e. g. , automotive parts, furniture).

Anti-Blocking Agent:

Prevents coating layers from sticking during stacking or transport, especially in high-temperature environments (e. g. , tropical climates, dense packaging).

Matting Effect(synergistic with matting agents):
