Description
The HeLa 422 cell line is a subclone of the cell line HeLa. The original HeLa cell line was derived from a cervical carcinoma from a 31 year old female and the HeLa 422 cell line was transfected with ER-pBact, human estrogen receptor cDNA, under control of the human beta actin promotor, resistant to G418S.;
