The Trie-Beam guardrail is a system consisting of three aligned W-shaped steel beams supported by columns. The sides are blocked to form a continuous structure, primarily used as intermediate and side barriers for highway, pedestrian, and roadside safety. The purpose is to absorb more impact energy and provide better protection than traditional W-Beam guardrails. Additionally, Trie-Beam guardrails have significant advantages over other guardrail systems, such as reduced material usage, which saves on weight. Furthermore, since the railway components are pre-assembled on the road surface, installation is easier, requiring less time. Moreover, its reduced profile provides drivers with a wider view when approaching curves on highways and reduces the risk of soil erosion.

The Trie Beam frigate, also known as the Tri Beam frigate or three-wave frigate, features additional beams or waves compared to the W beam frigate. It is suitable for security barrier systems that require higher intensity. We provide Trie Beam frigates with three beam plates, three-wave terminal units, columns, space machines/blocks, blast-proof plates, and bolts for full highway security barrier projects.
